Lunar Stories is an editorial blog covering adult visual novels, interactive narrative games, and the broader otaku culture surrounding them. We write the kind of long-form criticism this medium has always deserved but rarely gets: character archetype breakdowns, route-design analysis, and the unglamorous business reality behind the scenes.

Our editors are anonymous on principle — when you cover a niche where creators get deplatformed for showing up under their real names, you don't ask anyone to put their face on the masthead. What you see here is unfiltered, unsponsored, and unsanitized. We link out to studios and platforms when they've earned it.
